Holy Thursday and Good Friday will be normal days for PDO and EE. Ordinarily we would be closed on Good Friday but this is our make up day for the snow day we had in February. We would like to get an accurate count of who will be attending in order to staff correctly for the day. St John's school will dismiss at noon on Holy Thursday, April 1st. As always we will have after school care by reservation. Please sign school age children up by March 26th to avoid any additional fee.
Since the childcare center will be open on Goody Friday, April 2, we will have all day care available for school age students. St. John's school will also be closed on Monday, April 5th. Please sign up by March 26th.
SUMMER AND FALL REGISTRATION: We are registering students for the summer and fall sessions. Registrations can only be processed with the complete registration/supply fee or summer activity fee. Remember, no "spots" will be held. First come first served is the policy we follow. Also, we do not assume your child will be continuing into the next program or next school year. You must register for upcoming programs. All current programs end in May. Check your family folders for registration froms. If you have any questions please stop by the office.
SPRING BREAK: All childcare programs will be closed for Spring Break March 15th thru March 19th. However, we will offer ALL DAY CARE for children 1 year old through the 8th grade. Hours are 7:00am-6:00pm; cost is $30 per day per child for chidlcare students. On these days your child may have different teachers and be in a different classroom. All children must bring their lunch on these days. Because teachers must be hired for this special care, reservations must be made by March 10th.
World's Finest Chocolates: The chocolates are here! You may simply check out candy to take with you to sell at work or to friends and family. If EVERYONE sells something this will be a successful fundraiser. We intend to update our playgrounds with the proceeds.
Easter Parties: Easter Parties for PDO and EE will be Tuesday, March 30th & Wednesday, March 31st. After School Care party will be Wednesday March 31st. Each child needs to bring 6 treat filled (standard size) plastic eggs. Some suggestions are stickers, individually wrapped candy. Please, no gum, hard candy. Please tape the eggs shut.
